2009 Reunion Weekend
Mark your calendar for Friday, September 11, through Sunday, September 13, and join your fellow Buckeyes for a campus-wide Reunion Weekend.
The 5th Annual Arts and Sciences Alumni Tailgate Party and Silent Auction will be held from 4-7 p.m. prior to kick-off for the 8 p.m. game against the University of Southern California on Saturday, September 12. We will have a limited supply of tickets for the game, and as we anticipate a high demand for these tickets, we will be conducting a lottery.
The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. has informed us of the rules regarding eligibility for the lottery.
- Arts and Sciences alumni must be current dues-paying members of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. by or before June 1, 2009 for the Arts and Sciences lottery. If you are not a member, you can click here to join.
- Tickets are limited to two tickets per household, not per membership.
- Alumni who receive season tickets via the President's Club, Buckeye Club, Faculty/Staff, Varsity O Men's Football, or long time season ticket purchasers, or alumni who receive tickets to the USC game through the Alumni Association's lottery, are not eligible to receive tickets through our Reunion Weekend lottery, but we hope you will join us for our tailgate.
- Tickets must be picked up at the tailgate by the alumnus who purchased them; a picture ID will be required.
Arts and Sciences Tailgate/Football Ticket Request Timeline:
- Third week of May - Registration information will be sent via e-mail and posted on this web page.
- June 12 - Registrations requesting tailgate and football tickets due to our office. Registrations must be postmarked by June 12, 2009. Full payment by check must accompany the registration. No e-mail or telephone applications will be accepted.
- Late July - Lottery will be held.
- First week of August - All applicants will be notified by e-mail whether they will receive football tickets.
- August 14 – Deadline to register for the tailgate (without football tickets). Full payment by check must accompany the registration. Tailgate registrations must be postmarked by August 14, 2009.
All applications will be double-checked with university databases to ensure eligibility and compliance to the OSUAA policy. Payment by check must accompany your registration. Those who do not receive tickets will have their checks shredded.
