Alumni and Friends
Ohio State’s Arts and Sciences alumni number more than 160,000. Each of the five colleges has an alumni society (Arts, Biological Sciences, Humanities, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, and Social and Behavioral Sciences) with efforts geared toward student recruitment and raising money for scholarships, along with fellowship and fun.
The recently formed ASC Alumni Advisory Council consists of two members appointed from each of the five college societies and advises the Executive Dean on issues of importance to the Arts and Sciences.This group works with ASC staff to host the Annual Arts and Sciences Alumni Tailgate Party each fall, raising thousands of dollars for arts and sciences alumni scholarship funds.
